Studio Collab offers a co-working and Studio rental space, designed for the hybrid work-model, where time is divided between the office and home.

Membership Features

Freelancer ($24/month)

  • Includes one free day / month

  • Book your desk on a per-day basis @$24/day

Part-time Desk ($220/month)

  • Up to 10 days / month. Pre-book recurring days at the office or book day-to-day

  • 2 hours / month of meeting room credits

  • 4 hours / month of zoom room credits

  • 10% off any additional drop-in days

  • 30% off studio rental

Full-Time Desk ($400/month)

  • 5 days weekly at your dedicated workstation

  •  2 hours / month of meeting room credits

  • 4 hours / month of zoom room credits

  • 30% off studio rental

Dedicated Office ($600/month)

  • Unlimited access to your own lock-off office

  • 4 hour / month of meeting room credits

  • 30% off studio rental

Terms of Use

Our community space works because we all commit to making it work together. It’s important that you read these terms carefully to understand your rights and protections, as well as ours. Please contact us at hello@studiocollab.ca if you have questions regarding this TOU.

1. Acceptance of Terms The services Studio Collab provides to you, the undersigned (including but not limited to use of office space and access to Internet), are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Studio Collab reserves the right to update the TOU at any time. Studio Collab will attempt to contact you to notify you of any updates within 30 days of their enactment using the contact information provided in the Membership Agreement and/or via the Studio Collab platform.

2. Description of Services Studio Collab may provide you with access to office space, work stations, internet access, office equipment, conference space, knowledge resources, and other services (collectively, “Services”) which may be provided in any of our locations. The Services at all times are subject to the TOU.

3. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Studio Collab brand, any Studio Collab location, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. You hereby represent and warrant that you have all requisite legal power and authority to enter into and abide by the terms and conditions of this TOU and no further authorization or approval is necessary. You further represent and warrant that your participation or use of the Services will not conflict with or result in any breach of any license, contract, agreement or other instrument or obligation to which you are a party.

4. Studio Collab reserves the right to disclose any information about you - and at all times - your participation in and use of the Services as Studio Collab deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Studio Collab sole discretion.

5. Participation In or Use of Services You acknowledge that you are participating in or using the Services at your own free will and decision. You acknowledge that Studio Collab does not have any liability with respect to your access, participation in, use of the Services, or any loss of information resulting from such participation or use. You will refrain from any act which would render any insurance on the coworking space void or voidable or which would increase the insurance premium by the Licensor. You will comply with all Health Safety and Fire regulations.

6. Invoicing and Payment You will provide Studio Collab with valid and updated credit card information, or with a valid purchase order or alternative document reasonably acceptable to us. If you provide credit card information to us, You authorize us to charge such credit card for chosen membership for the initial subscription term and any renewal subscription term(s) You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to Us and notifying us of any changes to such information.

7. Limitation of Liability and Remedies Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced above and all direct or general damages), the entire liability of Studio Collab or its subsidiaries (whether or not wholly-owned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, shareholders, members, representatives, employees, successors and assigns under any provision of this TOU and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to actual damages incurred by you based on reasonable reliance up to ten Euro ( 10.00). The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers (including sections 8 and 9 above) shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

8. Termination Studio Collab reserves the right to terminate any Service at any time. Studio Collab further reserves the right to terminate your participation in and use of any Services, immediately and without notice, if you fail to comply with the TOU. In the event that you wish to terminate your membership with Studio Collab you will be required to provide at least 14 days written notice. Once terminated you will have access to Studio Collab services until the end of your monthly period.

9. Indemnification You release, and hereby agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless Studio Collab and Studio Collab subsidiaries (whether or not wholly-owned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, shareholders, members, representatives, employees, successors and assigns, jointly and individually, from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, judgments, fines and penalties based upon or arising out of your negligent actions, errors and omissions, willful misconduct and fraud in connection with the participation in or use of the Services. You further agree in the event that you bring a claim or lawsuit in violation of this agreement, you shall be liable for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by Studio Collab or its respective officers and agents in connection with the defense of such claim or lawsuit.

10. Severability In the event that any provision or portion of this TOU is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this TOU shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Internet Use Use of the internet by Studio Collab members implies agreement with our internet use policy. Members must ensure that they;
1). Comply with current legislation 2). Use the internet in an acceptable way and 3). Do not create unnecessary business risk to Studio Collab or their company by their misuse of the internet.

Unacceptable behavior and in particular the following is deemed unacceptable use or behavior by members; 1). Using the computer to perpetrate any form of fraud, or software, film or music piracy, 2). Downloading commercial software or any copyrighted materials belonging to third parties, unless this download is covered or permitted under a commercial agreement or other such license, 3). hacking into unauthorized areas, 4). Undertaking deliberate activities that waste staff effort or networked resources, 5). Introducing any form of malicious software into the corporate network.

12. Insurance Studio Collab carries General Liability Insurance. Legally we are unable to insure other people's property and so cannot insure personal equipment of our members. As a member, it is strongly suggested that you carry an insurance policy to cover your own equipment while using our space.
